**Order Processing**

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will be notified once your order has shipped. Please note that during periods of high order volume, order processing times may experience slight delays. If we anticipate any significant delays in your shipment, we will reach out to you via email.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Times**

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Here are the estimated delivery times within the United States:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days  

- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days  

Please remember that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

**Shipping Locations**

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, international shipping may not be available. If you are interested in placing an order from outside the United States, please contact us before making a purchase.

**Order Tracking**

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

**Shipping Delays**

Books of the Bible Puzzle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Carrier service interruptions  

- Natural disasters  

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers

**Incorrect Shipping Information**

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout to avoid complications with delivery times. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not shipped yet, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of any returned packages due to incorrect information.

**Lost Packages or Damaged Shipments**

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Ensure to include:

- Your order number  

- Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)  

- A description of the issue  

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to help resolve the matter expediently.

**Returned Shipments**

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may incur additional shipping costs before being resent.
